Mislaid now Found
Is it just me, or is it always the very thing one has mislaid that one needs/ wants?
I have been searching for this book since January as it is such a useful, concice reference book. There are no photos so you need to know the botanical name for what you seek, but the growing, hardiness and sowing instructions are excellent. It belonged to one of my gardening grandmothers who habitually pencilled in the margins!
So, despite the fact that I have several other similar books, this remains the quick and straightforward 'go-to'.
I bought a very small Cordyline this morning, never grown one, hence the need for the book. By the way, it was on the shelf with Brother Cadfael and Peter Tremayne... how silly.
