Oops....

This morning began beautifully, as you can see. My early walk was very pleasant, quiet streets, crisp fresh air, a few clouds on the distant mountains, even Sandy behaved herself and trotted along happily without trying to dislocate my shoulder. 

Breakfast smoothie, carrot, ginger, banana, cinnamin... oops ground cinnamon doesn't rattle, ah, picked up the fenugreek seeds by mistake, this will be interesting. Actually it was very nice, rich warm flavour.  That was lucky!

Laundry, load the machine, pour in the soap powder... oops, I  do get tired of digging out dog food from the washing machine soap tray. Sigh.

I am waiting for the third stupidity...
