Yellow
Yellow is such a cheerful colour. Yellow daffodils in the spring start the cheering up of longer, brighter days; yellow flowers to give to friends; yellow patches in a quilt to brighten the pattern.
We need all the cheering up we can find at present, and it is still August. How often are Mondays a yellow day and then as the week progresses the outlook and mood becomes murkier. I suppose all days can not be bright and cheerful, motivated, high-achieving, uplifting. We need contrast, a quilt maker or playwright will tell you that. Perhaps it is more about looking for and seeing the yellow in the days.
D3 and the Spudnikk are coming here to fill drinking water bottles, the Spudnikk has a yellow temperament for sure. There! I've found my yellow in today, and the sun has come out!
